It does not cover clinical records, which are governed separately by HIPAA and the informed consent and privacy documentation you receive through the practice management platform used to schedule and manage your care (Headway, SonderMind, or Rula) when you become a client.

We do not use this website to collect health information, appointment details, or anything you would consider part of your therapy record.
